James Hardie Siding Installation | Residential Home | Greenville, SC

​The ES Stucco team transformed this home, giving it a fresh new look. We arrived on-site ready to renovate. We replaced old siding and brick. Leveled out the front porch overhang and installed Architectural Hardie Board siding. Installed new windows, doors, and gutters. More details below.

Demolition: Removed Asbestos siding area (Including equipment, area preparation and protection, setup, cleanup, and disposal.

Installed brick wall:

• Removed brick on the top step to level.
• Placed and aligned the brick with brick on each side, ensuring the gaps are consistent.
• Made the new mortar joint match the joints in the rest of the wall.

Framing : Laid out, fabricated, and installed conventional wood framed wall. Included planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.
