We often get a lot of calls for buildings being struck and damaged by vehicles. ES is able to restore these areas to look like nothing ever happened or even better than before. Canopies are one of the most common stucco areas damaged on commercial buildings, and this La Quinta canopy was no exception. For this project, ES replaced the Gypsum boards and Densglass on a 10' x 18' bottom section area. Then reapplying Backstop moisture barrier as well as base coat with fiberglass mesh. We finished off with a Dryvit finish coat system to match the existing textures and colors. As a final touch, we installed accent bands with the same base to finish coat process. As a stucco repairman it needs to be done properly and have a finishing for better and better stucco placement. Here you can see the importance of a solid stucco foundation.
