Scope Of Work:
Restoration Of Canopy
Canopies are a well targeted area for trucks and trailers. ESUSA.CO has restored and repaired many of these similar canopy situations. In this situation, we had to cut out and install a 6'X30' Stucco area of the damaged canopy. We installed custom flashing and sealed it off. Next, applied the base coat with fiberglass mesh in all the cracked spots. Lastly, applied the finish coat on top. While inspecting the rest of the building, we noticed other cracks and damages in the EIFS / stucco system. Making sure everything gets restored and repaired properly.
ESUSA.CO pressure washed all the areas that will be repainted and restored. Before painting, we restored all the cracked and damaged areas. Then we scraped, primered, and sprayed the canopy, stucco, and brick with masonry stucco paint. Making sure this church building looked as new as it was when it was first built.
ESStucco.com installed stucco on a 7'x4' wall near the fish pond in the interior of the hotel. ES also gave an estimate on all the interior walls of the hotel, which goes up to about 8 stories high. ES is waiting to get approved to continue renovating this hotel.
